Payment options:
Payment in advance
If you pay in advance, your order will be shipped, as soon as we receive your payment. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with information about the transfer. When making the transfer, please make sure to include the order number in the intended purpose.
Depending on the bank, it can take one to four working days for the payment to reach us.
PayPal, direct debit or credit card
Payment by PayPal – simple, fast and secure.
Paying is so easy: Once you have a Pay Pal account, you only pay with your e-mail address and password. After selecting the Pay Pal payment method, you will be redirected to a secure Pay Pal payment page at the end of the ordering process. After logging into your Pay Pal account with your email address and password, confirm the payment with a click. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to our page and we will receive feedback on the payment made.
Invoice and installment purchase via Mondu (only for business customers)
For business customers in Germany, Austria and France, we offer purchase on account and installments through our partner Mondu.
Purchase on account: You have 30 or 60 days from the invoice date to pay the invoice. The invoice will be sent to you by email from the moment the goods are dispatched. Please find the necessary payment details there. Please DO NOT deposit into our USEDmarket bank account.
Installment purchase: The Mondu Installment purchase payment method allows you as a buyer to repay the invoice amount to Mondu in consistent installments over 3, 6 or 12 months. Mondu may charge service fees for longer terms. On the respective due date (01st or 15th of a month) Mondu collects the monthly installment via direct debit mandate. In the event of changes to your order, the installment plan will be adjusted to the new invoice amount.
Mondu reserves the right to refuse invoice and installment purchases. We have no influence on this. The use of the payment methods invoice and installment payment requires a positive credit check. In this respect your data will be forwarded to Mondu for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract.
